The 43" Pinata is a modification of the 37" Assassin, which is the toughest plane on the planet!!! It flies well at 1/3 throttle with a 3530-1700KV motor but still has the power to go straight up.  The Pinata wing design creates a great deal of lift for its size.  It can carry bigger motors and batteries than most planes its size.  We recommend the parts for the planes larger than 50" for this plane because it is just plane fun to fly with this set up.

We have designed the Pinata to meet needs of the FPV and combat fliers who want a flat nose plane that can carry a load and is easy to fly.  This kit varies from the basic Assassin kit in that it has a 6" extension that gives room for bigger batteries or FPV gear.  It has 2 fiberglass rods (instead of one flat carbon rod) that won't interfere with FPV signals and also are much stronger than the single flat spar.  It has larger fins for better tracking for live video down links.  It has top and bottom Formica for the motor mount for a stronger mounting system.  It comes with 15 feet of laminate, 15 feet of shock cord and longer elevons.  You need this plane!!!

The Pinata is tough enough for combat!!!  It has an unusually thick EPP foam wing that will survive better than any other plane in a collision.  Its thick EPP wing is designed to protect your FPV gear, radio and battery during combat and fun flying.  It has amazing performance.  It is very aerobatic and can fly well in wind but still slows down to fly in a small field.  It makes a tough combat plane and a fun night plane and an inexpensive FPV plane that can take a lot of abuse and keep on flying.

We intentionally design the Assassin series of planes to fly with inexpensive motors, speed controls and low cost metal gear servos to help you get more out of your hobby budget.  We are also looking at the best design for carrying and protecting your FPV gear.  It is a well designed club plane because of its versatility, low cost and durability.  Buy 5 and we will give you a 6th one for free!!!  Clear UV shielded laminate is included in every kit to save you even more money.

The wing cores and elevons are cut from 100% EPP foam and reinforced with 2 fiberglass spars that won't interfere with FPV signals, extreme tape, shock cord and laminate.  The battery and radio are mounted deep in the EPP foam wing which acts as a shock absorber to protect them.  The Assassin series of planes is able to bounce off pavement and make brutal hard hits during combat and keep on flying.

When built light with a flying weight (AUW) of around 28-32 oz it will go straight up with a 3530-1700KV motor and a 2600 mA 3S battery.  It has a flight speed of about 15-80 mph with the recommended motor.  It is designed to fly with a large prop and lower RPM to make it quieter and neighbor friendly.
