The 57″ Titan is big and easy to see.  I have always liked its unique long narrow wing because it looks so good in the sky.  The Titan can be built light to fly slow or with a bigger motor to fly fast.  It is a great combat plane and can be flown without fins.  Watch the videos and you will see how well it flies and how good it looks in the air.  Flyers in our area like to fly them in formation with other Titans and Reapers and try to knock each other out of the sky.  The Titan is one of the toughest planes of this size on the market.

One of the many advantages of the long narrow wing is that the CG is far enough back the plane is easy to balance without having to have heavy batteries in the nose.  The CG is at the trailing edge of the wing just in front of the motor.  This lets you build lighter and lighter always flies better.

We frequently get asked to compare the Titan to the Grim Reaper. Both are fantastic flyers and you would like either one.  The Titan has a narrow wing that cuts the flying weight by about 8 ounces but still flies with the same motor.  This gives the Titan better vertical climb.  The Grim Reaper has a deeper wing so it has room to carry bigger batteries and a camera.  It has a better glide than the Titan because it has more wing area.

With the recommended motor/prop combo, the Titan has a of speed range of 15 to 85 mph. It’s truly a versatile wing.  It is one of our favorites.
