Our goal is to provide links to high performance but economical parts from dependable sources.
If a product is out of stock, google the product name for more options on the internet.

We fly Flysky and Spektrum radios at Crashtesthobby  The Flysky i6 is the best deal out there for a 6 channel radio.  I like this radio for many reasons. Read my product review HERE.

Flysky i6 at Amazon Links to multiple sellers on Amazon.  Look for the iA6B receiver with the plugs on the end.

Battery Chargers with a built in power supply  Make sure you get the right battery plug.
B6AC balance charger on Amazon. Get one with XT60 plugs.

JST-XH 3S battery balance lead extensions - allows battery to be placed farther from charger
Parallel charging boards so you can charge several batteries at a time on one charger

Battery Accessories.  Your batteries will last longer if you take care of them.
Watt meter from Amazon   Tells amps and watts and voltage to help you choose ESCs, props, batteries.
Battery cell checker and discharger from Amazon.
Fireproof charging/storage bags - Damaged lipo batteries can catch fire. Do not charge batteries in your plane.

Always use a battery charging bunker.  I use $2.00 cement cinder blocks with a cinder block or metal lid.

Building Tools links are shown but items available many places
Dual-temperature hot glue gun from Amazon or Walmart
Multi-temp glue sticks from Amazon or Walmart
Glue Gun that is 3S lipo battery powered - From Value hobby - very useful for field repairs
Glue gun rechargable from Walmart for field repairs
CA thin glue from any hobby shop
Bidirectional Tape used for reinforcement of foam.  I get the 2" wide.
Bi-directional filament tape, good quality and different widths but a little heavier from FindTape.com

#64 Rubber bands (for Pelican, Albatross and Storm Chaser) any office supply
#64 Rubber bands - Longer lasting - Amazon
Quick Grip glue from Amazon, also at Walmart.  My favorite for gluing in Shock cords and foam hinges.
E6000 glue from Amazon and Walmart
for gluing in Shock cords and foam hinges.
Goop Household glue from Amazon or Walmart plumbing for hinge lines and building.
Soldering iron from Harbor Freight.

Prop Reamer from Harbor Freight
Tire Weights from Harbor Freight
Clothing iron from many sellers.  I prefer smaller clothing irons to hobby irons because they maintain temperature better, are faster to get hot and you can get "auto off" if not used for a while for safety.

Colored Packing Tape
Colored Packing tape from findtape.  this is my favorte for adding color to your plane.
Reflective Holographic Tape from Amazon. Use a little to make planes more visible.

Colored or holographic tape from Paperstreetplastics, on eBay

Plugs and Connectors
Different batteries have different style plugs. You need the same plug on your ESC
XT60 connectors from Amazon and multiple sources
Banana plugs  from Amazon to connect to many of the lipo battery chargers.
3.5 mm Bullet plugs to connect ESC to motor (female on ESC, male on motor)
