FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)
What comes in the kits?
Assassin, Titan, Reaper, Roswell - The core, elevons, Formica motor mount base, stainless steel motor mount, laminate, 2 horns, spar(s), push rods, EZ connectors, a nylon shock cord, and instructions.
How do I buy a plane?
With our "add to cart" button all you have to do is go to our store page, find the plane you want, select where you live, and click "add to cart". After that just follow the instructions listed for checkout. The price you see in "check out" will include the shipping cost to the location you live.
Do you accept PayPal and credit cards?
To protect your identity we prefer you use PayPal. Paypal can also take credit or debit cards if you do not have a Paypal account. You will receive help in "Check Out" to complete your purchase.
Is there Sales Tax?
Residents of Utah get a slight discount because so we add their sales tax into the normal price as an extra "thank you" for buying from us. The rest of you are responsible for your local laws, taxes, tariffs and restrictions.
How long will it take to get my order shipped?
We pride ourselves on having orders on their way within three business days. (Most orders are shipped the next business day.) All orders in the USA are shipped "Priority Mail", with a few exceptions. All orders outside the USA are shipped "First Class Mail".
Will my radio work?
You will need a radio with elevon mixing for all of the flying wings.
The Snowball needs a reliable radio capable of flying a plane with rudder, elevator, and throttle.
Will the motor I already have work?
Many different motors can be made to work but we highly recommend that you use the recommended motor, ESC and servos to keep the plane light. We have chosen these parts not only because of their performance but because they are the most economical we can find for those who have o fly on a budget. Our steel motor mount is designed to fit $6 CF2812 brushless motors without any modification. The common BP21 will also work but the motor mount will need some additional holes added. Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We are shipping all over the world. We have specifically sized the box and reduced the weight to give you the best shipping rates we can get.
How long have you been in business?
We have been cutting foam planes since 1985.
