The 58" Titan is big and easier to see. It is nearly five feet long!!! It is designed with a thick airfoil that can be flown without fins. The Titan is a great trainer because it is so strong and durable it can take an incredible amount of abuse. Watch the videos to the right and see how good this narrow wing flies and how great it looks in the sky.
We have more fliers starting to show for combat sessions with the Titans because bigger planes are easier to hit in combat.
We designed the Titan to be a gentle long wing trainer with a slower roll rate than the Assassin, but it only took about two weeks for fliers to start putting big motors, batteries and cameras on them to rule the sky. It flies surprisingly well on the same radio, motor and battery we use in the Assassin but with the big Turnigy TR 35-30A 1700 motor it will go straight up. When I launch a plane vertically, with hardly a toss, and it goes straight up the other fliers are amazed.
The Titan kit includes the 58" Titan EPP core , EPP elevons, 3 mil laminate, 16 gauge custom stainless steel motor mount, iron on laminate covering, 2 Formica motor mount bases, 6 pieces of 36" fiberglass spars, 2 horns, push rods, EZ connectors, a nylon shock cord, wire guide, and instructions.
